Just keep on being active as that is helping.  Usually if you are going to be sick it happens right away.

Are you taking some good Vit/Min too??  These take time to kick in. Just put your foot down because you are going to be working very hard to stay clean, but the Rewards will over weigh any Time you had on drugs. Keep close to your post for Support as well..
Bless U...YOU can do this!!!

PS..For some it did take 3-10days to kick in but most of this was do to a more synthetic drug..(like methadone, etc.) If you have 3 days already you should be climbing out of this and straight to the Top!!

Time will tell what has to be told. Just go with the flow and try not to think about it. It can only go forward and get better. Make sure you are drinking Tons of water to flush out the poisons. Keep a healthy diet while you get some kind of exercise. You will be OK..The the hard part is working on staying clean. Hope you have lots of outside Support. Keep Pushing!!!

No I do not other than abusing pain meds I'm drug free. I've abused them for ab 4 years and Thursday was the day me and my younger brother decided to take our lives back. But like I said am I in the worst of it or is there more to come? Like i was telling him I kinda feel bad this is all I feel. Lol Every other time I've cleaned up I took Xanax or Valium the first 4 days or so but this time just sucked it up and not feeling too bad. Just was wondering if the next few days are gonna be worse or ab the same

Well I was clean in October and November started back because of a dang tooth getting pulled. But I'm 28 I was on roxiecodone like 120mg but this past Monday I stepped down to 8 lortabs a day then Thursday I did ab 90 mg of Roxie. But I felt like I was going threw withdraws all week until I stopped. I've slept pretty good the past two nights just feeling bored.. Lol
