just wanted to add that im feeling great!! im finally out of that horrible HORRIBLE stage, still sleeping is kind of an issue, as with the legs, but i can deal with that, everyone one here helps alot too, to read posts of great progress, and just kind words YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME !! <3 11 days <3

You're at the stage where a long soak in the tub with Epsom salts will help out with the sleep and also the restless legs. Congratulation on 2 weeks! I echo the posts above on the aftercare plans. Very important to have a steady program of recovery underway. Our addiction sure the hell has a plan to re-infect us with its poison at all times. I learned that I wake up in the morning and I have this and that to do, but EVERY morning I wake up as an addict. Working on staying clean has to be the most important mission in my life. Without it I have no life.

Always great to see when someone can push themselves.through the brush and.weeds of the beginning! It ***** ***, for sure! But u here, and ready to roll! What are your plans for aftercare? What's your plan to stay clean? I did the 90/90 at first with N/A and still go 4 days a week currently. Got a sponsor and working my steps. Will make 6 months on July 1st! Keep on moving forward! Forward motion ONLY!
