How long will my withdrawals symptoms last after a very slow taper...down to about .5mg?

I am just wondering from someone who has done it this way, how long will I feel the side effects physically?  I just feel sluggish..

You could also taper alittle more. By taking the 0.5mgs every 2 or 3 days for a  few times. See if that helps. Since it does have such a long half life. I do not think it would hurt..

  Good Luck,

hey there girl..I would think that the fatigue and muscle weakness will linger for a few weeks..even from .5mg..it still has that 1/2 life so you won't feel the full effects until your off it completely for a few days..but I think you will do good..You have a great attitude and the desire..hang in there...go for a short walk every so often...force yourself..xo Lisa
