Anyone have exp. with a detox clinic

Hi !!!  I can't tell you how much you have all helped me so far. Can't wait to return the favor.  Anyway I am currently trying.... to taper down from 20 10mg lorcet a day to something less before going to the clinic on the 14th.  Has anyone tried the suboxone tabs yet for wdls?????  I've been taking the stupid lorcet for 6 years now and i finally feel ready to take my life back. The 24 hour detox proc. sounds to good to be true (not to mention way tooo expensive)  So I have opted for the suboxone tx.
Any info about what to expect would be appreciated.  I am a 38 yr old female scared of wdls.

What kind of freak show do we have HERE??  Lawdamassy, if you don't take the proverbial cake.....It's obvious you have no real knowledge to contribute, or you would have done so by now.   Wouldn't a long walk off a short pier be fun this time of year??

Don't let her get to you bud. She's just in here selling something.
Too bad she doesn't offer anything like Bullshit-be-gone.

You are really starting to **** me off!!!

If you have some information regarding dtoxing, share it!!! and be done with it.(Controversial or not)
Dangling the proverbial carrot in front of people with pretty desperate situations, is not only game playing, it is ******* cruel!!!
It sounds like you have some experience, so pass it on or stop adding posts to every thread claiming ****.

Hi Chezz - so glad to see you posting again, and glad to hear you're doing well after all the bad times you've had to go thru lately. I'm sorry to say I've relasped big time, after doing so well for so many months.  I can honestly say I don't know what triggered it, but gonna try to get back on track. I'm trying to not beat myself up over it, but I just feel so much like a loser right now.  Gonna try to start the Thomas recipe this weekend and get back on the right track. Love, Lisabet

Nice to see all you guys and gals back and posting again.
Seems like a reuinion of sorts.
I hope you all are doing good. From the sounds of it you all are.
I did make it up North. It is cold and Snowy. We just got about a foot or two this week. Should be the last snow of the winter (we hope).
I am also still on meds. Although I have also now employed, at a very fast paced tech job in DSL. It is fun and challenging. I am also learning a lot which is great. I also signed up for school, but had to back out at the last moment due to the job duties. I will be able to attend next semester since the intensive training is all done. I pretty much went through a systems admin course in about 2 weeks, with DSL included. So it wa fun, since you guys might know that is going to be my major.
My back is still a factor, although my job and doc are working around it since they know it is the best for me. Especially after my Mom died, and then my Uncle, not too soon after. I am making it, and taking my meds right 99% of the time now, which also is helping.

Anyway, like I said, nice to see you guys back and posting.
