COLD SWEATS HELPPPP!!!

On day number 7, doing good. Still feel tired and irritated. But overall very excited to be done with pills. My biggest issue is SWEATING. Took my son to the mall the other day, 15 degrees outside, and had to leave because I sweating so bad! Its also happening during sleep. PLEEEASE if you have any tips, fill ME IN! THX!

Hey guys. OMG I sweat terribly at night. Literally I have to change my shirt. And its only my shirt area, it's like someone sprayed me with the water hose. Could this be caused by the pain pills?

I never found anything for the sweating and it is horrible I know cause washing sheets everyday and gettin out of bed every hour and a half to change clothes sux bad. I have seen ppl on here say clonidine (not klonipin) helps but I never tried it so I don't personally know

There really isn't much you're going to be able to do about the sweating I think except try to control your environment.  Turn the thermostat down or wear cooler clothing etc.  For me I found that I'd go from too hot to too cold and back and forth.  The great thing is that you guys are through the real bad parts and that by days 6 & 7 you're on the downhill side.  By days 8,9,10 you're really going to be feeling a lot better and by days 11,12,13 and beyond you probably won't be feeling much discomfort at all.  The last thing to return to normal for most people is sleep, however that also gets noticeably better each day.

OMG, i am going through the same thing, i am on day 6 clean. I can't go into any store very long and it certainly isn't helping my insomnia. I have been looking for tips on this as well, but im thinking we are just gonna have to sweat it out, so to speak. LOL. By the way, congrats on day 7!!-------Jacky
