HI many people resort to benzo's or the Z meds like ambien to try and sleep we get mixed results nothing worked for me for 2 mo I delt with very broken up sleep some people have luck with the meds but there just as addictive as what you just come off of and it is very ez to get cross addicted its no fun coing off benso's got personal experience there as for the Z meds we have had a lot of members go threw many a night of no sleep trying to get off them if you do decide to use them use caution and only for a very short period of time
the best way is with the Camille tea it all natural and usually works in 1/2 hr
good luck and God bless.....Gnarly
I will definitely try the tea. However, all of the OTC and benadrill has not worked. I can't afford to not sleep so I have resorted to getting a prescription of ambien to help. What do you think?
For pain i am exercising, eating healthy and taking OTC natural supplements.
some things you can try for sleep are vlarain root melatonin if you use the melatonin the room has to be absolutey dark for it to work we also have had members use 2 benadrill to knock them self out out of every thing out there I find the sleepy time tea with valarain the best for me you can get it cheep up at walmart in the tea section eventually sleep will return
good luck and God bless......Gnarly
Sleep is usually the last thing to come back. There are natural supplements you can try. Just look in the vitamin section or ask the pharmacist. sara
Congrats on 6 days, is it? Good for you. What will you be doing for the pain in the future? If you have found an alternative it is always helpful to share it with us. A lot of us suffer with chronic pain.
Thanks everyone! I actually do not have any mental addiction. I was taking the meds for my endometriosis and didn't think twice when I ran it of my pain killers. Then... Mnday hit and I started vomiting, shakes, sweats, NO sleep, NO appetite. I am on day 7 and last night was the first night I slept 7 hours. I still don't know what to do about my sleep. It is so OFF! Any suggestions? I don't have medical insurance so any prescriptions are not available! Thank you, all!!
Congrats on 4 days!! Your doing great!! Just keep in mind that the mental part will kick in and your brain may play some games with you. sara
