What are these little red dots that appeared after I shot up Subutex?

Ok so yesterday I made a stupid decision and shot up a quarter of Subutex in the crook of my arm. I didn't notice the red dots(pin point size) all over from injection site to the wrist. It's not clml covered but it is making me nervous. No pain just the injection site is sore.can anyone tell me what it is? What I can do? Is it an allergic reaction to the subutex(Buprenorphine) please someone help me and Thank you in advance.

Skin: These pills weren’t meant to be injected, so they are not sterile. Buprenorphine does come in a sterile ampule to be used intravenously in healthcare settings, but I doubt that form would be found on the street for sale. The sublingual pills and film have bacteria in them, and we all have bacteria on our skin. Inevitably, some bacteria “go along for the ride” when pill matter is injected. This can cause skin and soft tissue infection of varying severity. Patients who inject can get anything from a mild cellulitis, which is an infection of the skin and soft tissues underneath, to life-threatening sepsis, which is a blood infection from bacteria. Many patients get abscesses, which are localized pockets of pus which must be drained in order to resolve.

Go to the Dr. It is not worth the risk.. Get rid your your rig. We are as addicted to the rig as we are to the drugs.. I wish you well. lesa

Injecting pills will also make fragments that are not dissolved travel to the lungs. Please, I beg you, if you must do this sub please don't inject it.
I wish you the help that you need. I wish you to go through that tunnel and come out here with me in the light. 5 years clean now, and life is worth so much living.
Hugs,
Lily
