Day 13 no Oxy--Good still some jumpy crawling legs though, any secrets?

Day 13 since CT from Oxy and doing well only quiet complaint is some RLS stuff still going on even as I sit here typing, it is more of an annoyance than anything.
Yesterday worked out, ran, beautiful day outside and active from 8:00 am until about 8:15 pm, would have never been able to get through that on the Oxy due to the peaks and valleys of the Oxy energy bursts that I sooo thought I needed a couple of weeks ago.
Pacing myself, staying hydrated and busy made it happen, no cravings at all.
The only time I really notice cravings is when the mind and body are idle.
If anyone know any secrets to quell these jumpy/ crawling legs let me know please also will that continue for a while?

To those going through this fight the good fight, it gets better and better.

Hey there when my legs were restless and jumpy I wrapped them both in tensor bandages tight enough to ease the muscle aches and restlessness but not to cut off the circulation. This helped me.  And again I will be wrapping them.
Hopes this helps you.
