Hello there, i too had no sex drive and havent in 2 years. Subs are great for staying clean and not so great for sex drive. What about your local pharmacy, you can get all natural over the counter meds to help with that problem. Or a naturapath. There is something out there to help you. Good luck.

Hi & Welcome,

Are you prescribed the Suboxone? If so, you may want to discuss with your prescribing physician. Your dose may need to be adjusted. I don't advocate long-term use of any maintenance drug so I would say get off as soon as you can before you find yourself addicted to yet another drug. But you need to be sure that you are ready. Have you done any form of aftercare? Therapy, meetings? Suboxone is not just a pill. It is a program and should be used in conjunction with some form of recovery care. Suboxone gives you the opportunity to deal with the underlying issues and to learn new behaviors, coping skills, relapse prevention..and more. My concern for you is that you are not getting help and you could put yourself in a position to relapse after coming off of the Suboxone. Still, should you decide to come off be certain to taper as low as you can go and do this under your doctor's care.

Let us know what you decide and we will be here to support you all the way!!
