For the most part my desire to want he drug for the time is gone. I know it will be a mental battle from time to time like quiting cigeretts a fleeting desire however I do have a question. I seem to still have some anxiety and find that my pulse is always around 100 or so is that normal or could that be something else.

Congrats on ur clean time.Have u tried to use any otc sleep aids like a P.M. med a lot of people dnt like benedryl or nyquil as it has adverse reactions for some.Also Altril and all natural sleep aid.Also otc/natural anxiety medicine?

hey rod congrats on day 10 brother !!! you've got this whooped !!! the anxiety is normal it will go away in time !!! i'm on day 25 (i think) and i still have sleep issues and some anxiety went to the doc today he gave me something for both just for a little while !!! hang in there bro your doing great
