I made it four more hours. I am trying for the morning. just watching tv and sweating and then chilling and of course hurting.I have ice packs. I would try to do it on my own by like I have said I have had two 30-day treatments in 2 years and I can't do it to my boss again. both failures. subs may help me go for a few months till I get stronger in AA.

they are prescribed but I havent used them yet. I have failed at many treatments always started using and I am scared and sick
