Day 16 off Oxy

Hello all!

My husband and I are 16 full days off oxy (about 300mgs /day). We are feeling alot better, not as achy and can finally eating 3 solid meals a day. But..... We've been walking everyday, doing our our chores (laundry, taking care of the household, and going to required appointments), although we are still extremely fatigued and not sleeping.

If anyone has came off these devil pills, can you give me a timeline for when the sleep and energy come back? These 2 weeks have been hell!!!!

Awesome news!  Good you are doing it together but important to stay with the plan. I worry if one of you slip the other one will too,
Having said that you're doing great!

So was that oxycontin or oxycodone?

Congrats to the both of you on 16 days!!!  You are doing great!!

Oh the sleep and energy things really does suk.  I would think that any day now you will both sleep like babies and the energy slowly comes back.  Patience isnt one of our better qualities and recovering is a slow process.  Just know that it does come back and once you start sleeping the rest seems to come together.  Hang in there!!        sara
