Taperbird,Go to the store and get some candied ginger.Eat as much as you want.It will numb your stomach and help alot without causing antacid weirdness.This is one herbal remedy that really seems to work for me.
You can also try Zantac or Pepcid. That helps........Hope you get to feeling better.
Not sure what day your on with your detox but it will get better. Also try gingerale or soda water. Burping might help.

Are you eating? Could be stomach acid from lack of food. Try eating crackers, drink soda water which can neutralize stomach acid, also maybe some antacids.
