The epsom salt has magnesiun in it. Please try it in your bath. Wrap your legs in heating pads. Walking will also help. Please keep yourself busy. This will get your mind off the withdrawl symtoms.
I've been taking the mag supplements and hylands. No pills at the house although I almost broke down and ordered some yesterday, but didn't! There just seems to be no light at the end of this very dark tunnel.

I don't know personally--but those symptoms are the same ones I have experienced when going down too low on Opana ER, the drug I am now tapering on. You have made it to day 4, so that is quiet an investment. I want you to hear from others that know exactly where you are. I am tapering, but lots of people can't taper.

Did you get the magnesium/potassium supplements & epsom salts for the bath both of those help with the rls also the hylands restful legs tabs.
Did you get rid of all your pills?
Don't look back now keep moving forward. Keep pushing forward. Take small walks. You will start to feel better each day. I am proud of you. Be strong. Think positive. You got this
