Clean...inside and out!

Days and weeks of sobriety are no longer even calculated by me anymore. (starting my 7th week ...YES!!) lol ....  It's enough for me to know that I made it through the detox  and I am pushing forward with my life. I might take a glimpse back every now and then to keep things fresh as a reminder but I never look back!  Big difference there!  As we all push on with this thing called life.... Its a new week...a new beginning.... Think about this... Do you wear clean clothes? Do you take showers? Change your underwear and socks? Brush your teeth?  I would imagine and hope most of us do all those things regularly .... Would you attend a business meeting stinking from head toe? Or Take your kids to a restaurant in that condition?   So without further elaboration ....isn't keeping yourself clean on the inside a million times more important?

Thanks again everyone! We are such a family here,  we are all over each others posts! Cool!! ;)

Today I discovered that this whole process we are all going through  really softens a person up. I always  had a big heart but now it's huge ....lol  funny but true ...  Anyone else feel like that? For the guys ...I don't mean "girl feelings" ..for the girls , I do! ;)

Félicitations Mike on  7 weeks!

Don't forget about how important it is to keep yourself healthy by what you put INside your body as well - you know, those nail growing vitamins, minerals and amino acids...?

Have a great afternoon....

Sandy :)

As Deion Sanders once said "when you look good, you play good, when you play good, THEY PAY GOOOOD!"  Absolutely you need to get your hair fixed and dress up if it makes you feel better and more confident!  I say GO FOR IT!
