Just letting all know I am here and have not given in to the madness. Had a bumpy day very bumpy could go on for awhile, but I guess you all know the drill. I guess I will be sick for awhile don't wanna dump to much tonight I guess. Hope to sleep a few tired physically, but my mind is so alert. Gonna try though in a lil while. Don't wanna take anything to sleep tonight see if it works on its own depend to much on outer chemicals wanna get the chemicals right in my system. Let mother nature take her course. I took a ride up to the store for smokes( no worries though as I am not noddin won't catch myself ablaze LOL ) and looked around was wonderin how those people do it without any help to ease the mind. Thats when it is really time to fight this when I assume everyone is gettin somethin and I'm going against nature tryin to stay clean. It is innnssssaaaannneeee thiss addiction it is so tricky.

You guys...the mental thing gets better....now I just have 2 or 3 doomer days a week and it doesnt last all day...have doomer moments here and there but they pass quickly...havent had a crying jag in over a week....lets hang....mental is the worst for me...i can do the physical thing/over/ but the mental is the tough one for me..

Hey bro I'm right behind you...day 7 for me.  You're right that the mental part is very difficult.  Lets keep going together and see how far we can get....whoever reaches the age of 90 without using wins.  Loser has to buy trips to Cancun.
