Day 5 dragging

Well here I am on day 5 and it is dragging.  I am so fatigued and battered.  This battle has done me in pretty good and this few days have been the hardest of my life but DAMN I need that silver lining for this cloud cause it feels like this will never end

Believe it or not, you're about at the end of the physical part of detox. Now, that doesn't mean that you'll wake up tomorrow and jump out of bed and feel like a new person. You still have to put some more time in, but if you are eating, drinking, and taking a walk every now and then, you'll be on your way. It really does get better each and every day you're clean. Keep posting.

oh i remember that feeling, it is the main reason i don't try to bargain with myself to take pills anymore because I never want to go through detox again.  What you are feeling is so temporary, I promise. Time will still continue to pass and in a short time you are going to start feeling SO MUCH BETTER. The real you feels nothing like what you are feeling now.  Stay strong, you are doing great and it will be over soon.

It will get better I promise.  I have been there, just a few days ago and thought the same thing.  I am on day 9 right now and feel so much better.  A big turning point for me was day 6.  Keep fighting and hold firm.  You will get through this.  Keep pumping in those fluids and stay focused and positive.  There is a huge light at the end of this tunnel.  YOU CAN DO IT!  :-)
