Day 7 I'm good and still praying

My heart is racing this morning..the doctor won't treat my thyroid condition until 6 weeks after detox.. That's making me a little upset..but oh well. I find myself bored.. I'm not relaxed from the somas & old man winter keeping me in doors...

The walking will really help.  I am in Canada and it's cold here too.
I wear an extra sweater and heavy coat but my ears still freeze lol.
I am just not a hat person.
How is your energy and are you sleeping much?

Thanks Pat.. I will. I've been walking to get the kids,instead of driving.. I'm in Maryland and its cold.. I'm not working now, my baby started school this year.. I can't wait until march

Congrats on Day 7
Try to relax and do some deep breathing.  It will help with the heart racing.
Keep busy around the house.  I wish you were here lol.  I need lots of help around the house.
Maybe in the afternoon you can get out for a walk. The fresh air will feel really good.  Bundle up and go for a short walk.
You are doing great.
