Detoxing Gravol

Ok, so as stupid as this is going to sound, because this is not why I started posting on here a few weeks ago, but I took 300mg of Gravol last night...long story, but basically today I am sooo anxious. I feel like my skin in crawling and I can't sit still. My arms are also tingling like there a sleep. Is there anything I can do (no meds please) that will relieve the symptoms?

funny thing is my fiance...who was addicted to Oxys, suggested I go the the hospital!!! lmfao!!! wow how the tables have turned!!!!

yeah it's like dramamine. It's to treat motion sickness, naseau, that kinda thing. I'm feeling a lot of anxiety and I'm not sure if I should go see a doctor or not.

i think it is like dramamine?   like an antihistamine or something??  curious....if it is i would imagine alot of it at once would dry you up...dehydrate u...not sure if that is what it is tho

It is Dimenhydrinate....gravol is the marketing name in canada.
