Hi thanks so much for the reply. I meant helping with the withdrawals. I am going to the gym today and went two days ago. Rheumatoid arthritis runs in my family and I did at one point havea high ANA which points to RA so Im sure thats not helping. I took a Naproxen last night after I wrote which is non narcotic and I did wind up falling asleep. I just woke had breakfast and yea took another quarter as my ankles are killing me. Itll take me a few more days ill be okay thanks so much.
do anything as far as getting you high or helping with the withdrawals? if you are quitting and are done using then just stop the pills, they will prolong your withdrawals. do you have valerian root,melaton,sleepy time tea,chamomile tea, for sleep, magnesium and potassium vitamins,bananas for rls,
it will take time for your body to adjust. exercise helps with getting the endrophins moving agiain. take epsom salt baths for the rls and aches. drink lots of gatorade,vitamin water
you are doing great, tapering just stop now your withdrawals will get better in a day or two
