Easter Sunday will be my transition to day 1 part 2

Just wanted you all to know that my relapse was actually a bad experience in every sense of the word. Not only disapointing but sick most of the time since early PM yesterday with throwing up and opiate indused migraine. That happens when my tolerance is low and I use again. I wish it always stayed like that. Easter Sunday will be a nice transitional day to take my last 2 1/2 pills.I just want to thank everyone for their support over the passed week and wish everyone a wonderful Easter. May God bless and keep you all safe and free of cravings and suffering. If your in NE time and the bunny is coming to your house time to get to bed. Have a great night and sweet dreams. Corey

Thanks for the support and post. I started taking the vitamines from Thomas Recipe but did not find strong enough minearls ie 100% phosphorus. I need to get the amino's too. I took for 3 of my clean days but had to stop when I started using again cause of the vomiting and upset stomach. Gnc only had the mineaals in a solution and I don't even know if they had 100% of evrything I needed. I need to get bifocals or use a magnifyer to see small print now..my glasses just don't work for small stuff anymore.and I was not feelin very well (day 3) It helped getting out and driving myself over but the older man who waited on me was a very unpleasant soul. I really didn't want to be around him too long cause the potential for making me feel hurt or angry was strong that day. It was an emotional rollercoaster of a day. I got a multi vitamain at wal-mart and it has smaller amounts of the minerals. Anything else you recommend? I got the L-Tyrosine?sp and the stuff that helps you sleep. I will be starting again tommorrow. This is actually something I was suppose to start doing 2 1/2 years ago as I am a breast cancer survivor and they recommend the aminos and I need alot of Vit D cause the pillI I take for that can thin your bones.

I'm on thru with day 4, and this is my 2nd.

I had 2-1/2 left also, but I took them at 9pm and got it over with, and dove in with the Loving Grace and Strength of God!

Stay focused on how you well feel after the first week is over, we all have to go thru it, and we also know that is gets sooooo much better, not to metion we get out life back.

Maybe you can check w/ your doc about something for your headaches.

I couldn't think of a better day to throw down your bondage!

God Bless You!
Todd
