Energy Drinks

Hi. Has anyone here ever tried any of the energy drinks during w/ds? I'm afraid to try it cause I don't know if it may make things worse. Thanks - John

During my detox off methadone, I tried a few of the popular energy drinks, only to become more anxious & ten times more irritable then I already was, but I was so desperate to feel better that I was willing to see if it helped. I,ve said it before on this forum, the only thing that really worked for me was time, in time you will recover & get back your energy, but it may never be what it was while you were on your doc? Hi John..I actually felt worse after i drink one..it was a Red Bull..not a good idea for me..I probably should have went for vitamin water..How are you feeling today?
