Will the usage of cocaine effect my nasal cavity? Thus resulting in a non stop runny nose?... Years later?

Over time cocaine does a lot of damage to the nose. It slowly eats away at the bone that hole will NOT heal and also damages septum. It took about 4 years of chronic use for me to blow a hole all the way through. As far as the rest, my nose has healed better than what i thought, but the hole never will.

Now for the more important part, are you still using? wanting to quit? Take if from an ex cokehead that used a lot of blow, this nose issue is the LEAST of your worries. The damage cocaine does to the heart and nervous system and brain can be devastating. please stick around this is a great support group.  best of luck to ya.

i used to be massively into blow, i used for about two years with a year of daily use. i'd have bits of cartilage coming out of my nose constantly along with chronic nosebleeds. i've been (for the most part) since march of this year and my nose has healed itself, minus a few seemingly permanent indents. but the nosebleeds have completely stopped.
