Epson Salts

Many posts I read about Epson Salt when you have a hot bath. What are Epson salts and how do they help compared to just a plain hot bath. Is there a difference?

I get them from Walgreen. Small bag is @$5 and large bag is @$10. But thesrge bag lasts awhile. You don't have to out a ton in.

The minute I get into an Epson salt bath everything goes away. No pain aches sick feeling. Ican lay in there long for some reason (I think it is my mind rebelling) but it is wonderful. No RLS and I start to get tired too. Relaxes you. Just lay there and enjoy or read or listen to music.

Omg...if i wouldn't have had those Epsom salt bathes I would've gone insane. I took 3/4 a day! It was the only time during detox I didn't want to go crazy! They are invaluable to the detox process!
