Which should i stop first oxycontin or percocet?

i am down to 1- 10mg oxy at night and 1/2 of a  7.5 percocet 2 times  a day. Which should i stop first? Most syptoms are gone except i cant sleep or sit still for long periods, have to get up and walk ALOT. So wich do ya think i should stop first???

I would stop the oxycontin first as it is a longer acting med. I would then continue with the 1/2 of a percocet twice a day for about a week or so. After that you could probably just cold turkey off of them but that's up to you.
I would also check in to the amino acid protocol in the health pages and start that right away. It makes a big difference. Also be sure to eat healthy, push the good fluids, and exercise. Exercise will probably benefit you the most.
