Got a letter today saying I'm cut off.

This is an update to say that I am one month clean and happy, however I got a letter in the mail today from one of my doctors saying they were notified that I was taking narcotics from several doctors and this was my first and last warning.  I realized this when I quit a month ago, I got the runaround at the pharmacy and they were actually calling my doctor.  This is what prompted my to quit, and I am glad that I did.  There is no going back now.  Just wondering how long the high blood pressure will last though, it seems like anxiety is triggering it, hope it ends soon.

Congrats on getting yourself clean! Try exercising as I found it really helps speed up the withdrawal process. Even if you start by just going for a short walk around the block. Like Sandy said, make sure you are eating healthy and drinking plenty of fluids to help flush your body. Also check in to the amino acid protocol in the health pages as there are some supplements that may help. Just keep staying strong and remember that your body will get back on track. It just takes some time to completely heal. Best of luck and keep up the fight!
