does anyone no somebody that has been convicted of prescription forgery, if so please let me know and what happened to them, i have priors, but nothing drug related, im so scared!!!!!

Here are my 2 cents. If you are creating false scripts and writing real doctor's names on them to get massive amounts to distribute. key word for the d.a. distribute,... example are you forging scripts and getting a pack of pills every 2 days?? Or did you just do it a few times to supply your very own drug habit? I had a friend who printed his own fake scripts and went to a different pharmacy every day to pick up and to sell. After 2 years of that, the pharmacy finally and actually made the call to the doctor he forged and the doctor said hell no, i never wrote for that person. The pharmacy called the police and they waited for him to pick up the prescription and got him. He had a few priors, but he only got fined and got a slap on the wrist with a felony on his record but did no jail time. Now if you are doing forging for your own drug habit then that is a totally different ball game. I mean of course it is against the law but in essence you are not stealing from anyone, nobody is loosing money, the govenment is still getting there cut,,, perhaps you screwed up the credibility of the doctor at ONE pharmacy.... the rich vicodin and pharmacy companies are getting paid, and getting there money from you. You are not buying heroin or selling it which is a true crime. Your crime is that you can not get off pills and you are doing anything your FOGGED mind tells you to do to get them. If I were in your shoes, I would go to the judge and BEG them for rehab. I assume you do not live in Los Angeles like I do, but everyone deserves help and chances especially with an addiction. The absolute main focus is to get clean and I hope you are at that mind state already,, but you have to give up this life and this addiction, ask for help, find a rehab, and my last advice is IF you somehow make it to the judge and are in court TELL TELL TELL them that it this is not the real you and that you are an addict, and beg them for help.. I would personally do anything to get free rehab, out here it is a minimum of 10 grand to get help trust me.  And quit stressing out and writing posts about it, this is not nearly the end of your life, look at the bigger picture of whats happening in the world,, get fed up and start living your life man, this is what it is all about. I hope that helps, and keep your head up. P.s. If worst case scenario happens ( i have no idea what state you live in). just be honest with the authorities, you are not hurting anyone or stealing from anyone, you are a good person that needs help, none of this is your fault. Just get straight and fly right. all my respect to you.

Okay, are we still talking about the forged script? You have lots of responses on several other posts about this. I am not certain there is much more we can tell you. There are no lawyers here so you need to work with your attorney to get this done.
