I know it tough but there is more thought and study that people who smoke have more of a chance of relapse than non smokers. Soon there will be smoke free rehaps, maybe allready some. Anyway, the impotant thing is to stop drugs coke or pills even a little is too much and not enough. all the best to you .
I know people say it all the time but it's true: You're only as sick as your secrets.......and you know this. The fact that you admitted to us you had hid the patches and no-doz and then asked up if you were wrong for doing this tells me that a guilty mind needs no accuser.
RELAX. You won't be in there 'forever'....the time will whiz right by.. Get rid of the patches and no-doz. Don't focus on everything you think you will be 'losing' (cigs, caffeine etc.), focus on what you are gaining. You will be CLEAN. You will be FREE of drugs. Don't get anxious-get happy, get excited, get some peace!!!
Congrats on getting your life back!- now go get rid of the patches and no-doz and focus on the positive! You can do this. You will be okay. You will feel so much better.
GET RID OF THE CONTRABAND---if you're gonna do this, do it right!
Stay strong,
Greebs
Ok, so Im really leaving now. It probably is wrong, but I dont need to detox from caffiene and nicotine. That would really be hell. Thanks again for all the support, I'll be back in a few days. xoxoxoxo
Good luck.I don't think I could go without my diet coke for caffeine so I understand.I've been doing my detox at home and haven't had any help.I'm glad that you will be in a place with support. My thoughts will be with you.
honesty with your self. you know the answer. Do what you gotta do though to get in and they won't keep you forever probably 72 hours. Time to help with the detox.
