Has heard of being put on these 2 drugs for withdrawal symptoms

Vistaril and Respidol

After going to the doctor yesterday and now 3 days clean she gave me this combo. I tell you I slept from 3pm yesterday to 6 am this morning. I tell u I was out. I feel like I slept a ton of the withdrawals off.

Another night of deep sleep and now on day 5 of no use. I am not sure she was tryng to use it in the place of  SUB, but I think she wanted me to sleep and I tell u I am sleeping well. If I take the 2 together I sleep 16 hours. Lasnight I took the Raspidol by itself and slept well but only 9-10 hours. I am having a little harder time waling up today ,but it is ok. i am use to waking up tp a couple VICs and a RedBull.

suboxone is an opiate its a long acting partial anti agonist synthetic opiate and you do have w/ds when coming off of it if you dont taper properly.You sould do some research on it..I was under the same impression when I started taking it.

I have been a heroin addict/opiate addict for 16 years now and never heard of respidol being used to help kick. I am now on soboxin which is a miricle drug and if your like me after the physical withdrawl you still have the urge to use, its hard to say which is worse. With soboxin it takes the withdrawl away and kills the urge to use its not an opiate but it fools your brain into thinking you have taken opiates, you should inquire about the drug with your doctor. its a miricle drug. better than methadone which will make you sicker when you quit then heroin. look into it i hope i helped some

risperdal works much like seraquil...for schizophrenia and bipolar disorders..but has a side effect of deep sleep ..vistaril is an antihistamine with a side effect of drowsiness as well..i am glad u got some sleep..sounds like it was much needed..sleep is important to recovery as we become weak without it...i do know some say they have a medicine head after taking seraquil and risperdal....that droggy feeling in the am....congrats on ur clean time
