Hay..hafta say that EXERCISE FOR W/DRAWL WORKS WELL!

Just this little ole Norco Queen here that HAS to say the a LITTLE BIT OF EXERCISE DOES HELP YOU FEEL BETTER!  Day 18 here off of a c/t Norco habit of 8-10 a/day x's 3 years (s/p 2 back surgeries) and I went out and rode my horse today for about an hour and not only did it feel GOOD to get out and do some exercise, but I have found that animals can REALLY make you feel BETTER!  My horse is my hero (as well as my husband and son!) but I hafta say that animals REALLY DO HELP w/ the pain of w/drawl.....it's like THEY KNOW that you're hurting and can just look at you with there BIG BROWN EYES and say:  "Hay....I know you're hurting but I love you anyway.... so can we go play???"  or.... "Pet me! You'll feel better cuz I'm so soft!"  (and I hafta say that I LOVE it when you get those "Heavy sighs" out of your pet!)

So with that said... I would LIKE to say... if you have a horse....get out and ride it... and if ya don't, go cuddle with ANY ANIMAL you can find....They do help cuz they just LOVE YOU UNCONDITIONALLY w/ no strings attached and those BIG BROWN EYES will make ya feel better no matter how bad ya feel!

There is HOPE w/ each and every moment you DON'T USE!

Dang It, girl.........I just loved your post.  Brought a big ole smile to my face and little sniffle to my face.....in a good way......lol.

(AND... I think that even LAUGHING OUT LOUD releases endorphins....tee hee hee!)

Exercise does help so much and although I don't ride horses, i love being rode, lol, it releases endorphins, haha. Taking my dogs for a walk always cheers me up if I am craving or feeling down. Keep up the good work:)
