Two months is not a long time to be on. Take the advice of the previous posts and you'll be out the other side in a few more days. Distraction, keeping busy is your friend!
Hi jerisorenson2010 and Welcome to the forum.. There are a lot of things you can do for yourself.. Hot showers/baths as many as you can get in, taking your kids for a walk our even walking alone does a lot for the aches and the restlessness you are feeling.. it also helps with anxiety. If you can not get out of the house get busy !! even washing walls makes a significant difference in how we feel and your attitude..big difference as we are not focused on ourselves. Valerian Root is good for anxiety it is cheap and Natural and can be bought at a drug store over the counter but If on other meds I would ask a pharmacist.. Just a few days more and you will be feeling like a new person and your kids will also notice a difference.. Opiates have a way of disconnecting us from what is going on really in our home.. I'm so Happy that you are catching this early and nipping it in the bud.. get into Healthy food Pamper yourself You will get through this this and you will be so glad you did .. Not only will you feel the difference but so will your family... No matter how long we are on opiates it effects our mind and emotions and makes use less available.. Congrats and keep looking forward.. lesa
Hi! Look on the health pages at the top right, and read the Thomas recipe. You shouldn't feel bad much longer if you were only on it two months! :-)
Good luck!
