Look back at your first post its been 24 hours at least 1 whole day and you have made it tomorrow will be tough but just remember you made it through a day already a whole day and thats alot . You can push through The Physical part of this each hour each day. Are you working the next few days?
Stay positive write some goals down I would look into a group meeting for addicts I go to group therapy 4 people and I go 3 times a week some weeks 2 But It helps me alot!
There are many forms of aftercare and to stay clean you should look into it.
You will get support from people that are going through what you are. And I do still think you should tell a close friend or family member everyone keeps on you about this I know But thats only because we all know how important it is.

Good job on drinking water also like Kyle said you need nourishment protein drinks smoothies help alot.
Alcohol is Not good during your WD it can make the Detox worse.

Keep posting and Think about getting help from a friend or family member It WILL HELP YOU get through this!

Just want to also offer my support, you're in the right place, hon.  These people have gone through it.

You really should avoid the alcohol all together, it;'s going to make the emotional stuff MUCH worse.  I'm sure it's so hard, but TRY to listen to these smart people.  Do you not have ONE person you could confide in?  A close co-worker?  I know you're scared, but I think you'll be shocked at not only the outpouring of love and support you'll get (that you desperately need) and also surprised at just how many people probably knew anyway...at least knew SOMETHING was up.  I bet there's a few people in your life that have a good idea something wasn't right.

Keep posting...take nice long hot baths, sip some Gatorade, and TRY to distract your mind, with a movie, TV show, anything.  You can do this.  A few more days, and you'll be on the uphill climb, feeling better and better every day.

I'm thinking of you!
