Another day down

Well I made it through the day.  I went to my NA meeting tonight and I actually talked, not much though.  It's a start.  I am actually feeling good.  The meeting was great. I fessed up my relapse and everyone was great.  It's just so amazing.  I prayed, truly prayed, for the first time in years.  I've never been one to ask for help or "give myself over".  It was strangely freeing.  I hope I can do this.  My kids deserve a sane mother

It's not even a question, it's over and it's time to realize that, you did it for yourself and now the only thing to do is accept you jumped over a spot and there is no way back. It's on to a happy rest of your life.
