76 days and counting!!

Hello all. Ive been clean now for 76 days from a pretty heavy tramadol addiction. I am still struggeling with energy but other than that all my phyiscal symptoms have disappeared. There are many days that i really have to push myself to get out of bed but after i get going im usually ok. I wish i had more energy. But aside from that im doing pretty good!! I never thought the day eould come where i wasnt chasing pills. I have to say it feels pretty good!!

congratulations....it is quite an accomplishment....i was pretty tired and my doctor diagnosed me with anemia and I started iron a few weeks back....i thought my fatigue was withdrawal related so i almost didnt mention it to her at my appointment....but I did mention my rls and she said we should test fro anemia and turns out I was anemic....so I mention this because it is possible your fatigue has other contributing factors you might want to consider...

Your hard work and perserverence are totally paying off...keep pushing yourself forward b/c it only gets better!! The energy thing will come back....unfortunately it's one of the last things to come back.....
