for the next week you are not going to feel very good, it may get worse or could stay about as bad as that it all depends on how much you were taking and how long you were taking it. the  withdrawal effects you are getting are normal and with tramadol it should last at most a week. everyone is different in wuthdrawal experiences and effects, some get it worse than others some dont. some get seizures others dont. you would really need to be on a hefty dose like 600+ mg a day for a ling time for that to happen. the sweats, chills, and blood pressure spikes are normal in all opiate withdrawals. if you let a doctor know and its bad enough then he would probably give you a couple of safe drugs taken for a short period. clinidine for the blood pressure complications, sweats, chills, and insomnia. and a benzo for the anxiety and muscle cramps/spasms. you can also get a over the counter meds which help extremely well like immoduium for diarrhea and an anti-nausea medicine. with those meds the withdrawals should be a disomfort and thats about it, they def. will help with all the problems you have been experiencing.stay strong and go to NA meetings, it def. helps to vent what you are feeling. and realize in a week you will be absolutely fine and you will be opiate free and live your life again- christos
