First thing you need to do it change your phone number.
The process takes about 5 days. The no sleeping and lack of engery will be the last to leave but they will leave. I promise.Make sure you are doing some type of exercise, yes exercise. It will really help. Eat well, vits, hot baths work well too.

Whatever you do, try not to give into your dealer calling you over and over like they are right now. I am 45 days sober from percocet right now, and I couldn't be more happier with life and the way that I have turned out because of this. Everything will fall into place, this I can promise you. This is something that can be done, and you're just starting out. The first few days are "the worse" but keep telling yourself that this is just the flu, and not WD symptoms that you're going through right now. That is one of the main things that got me through the WD periods that I had to go through.. A lot of it is in your head, but try and stay focused on the light at the end of this WD tunnel that we have all had to go through in order to get our lives back to where we needed for them to be. I am here for you, so never hesitate to message or post anything here!

Please stay strong, and post as much as you possibly can right now. Believe it or not, this is something else that helped me through everything as well.

As for your dealer, delete his number asap or, even better, change your SIM card, really!

Thank you for the kind words.I was on lorcet 10/650. About 12 or so a day. Itook my last 2 Monday at 10am and I sure feel it. My dealer keeps calling..........errrrr
