How can I regain my sense of smell?

I do snort Ritalin and occasionally cocaine however my nose has never ever been irritated by this but I have absolutely no sense of smell whatsoever I can hold a bottle of Vicks up to my nose and smell absolutely nothing this is very much an inconvenience is there anyway of getting my sense of smell back and has this been the cause of it I find it hard to believe that doing as little as I do has damaged my nose is much my nose is not stuffy it is never been damaged by being sore or inflamed will it repair itself

How long have been snorting this?  This is very dangerous.
