How do you guys count your days?

Sometimes I want to keep track and other days I dont want to. My question is where do you start counting from? 24 hours? Last use? I think I should count my days since each one has felt like a little victory almost at one week I guess!

I figured out after doing research and looking way way back at my posts/i never realized how much i post til i had to click and click to get back to the first one  LOL... and figured out it was on the 6th of February....so i will just keep it monthly on the 6 of each month....july 6th i will be 5 months

Use the addiction tracker.  You put in when you took your last dose, and it keeps up with it for you.  I love it!

So if thursday morning was last dose would Thursday be day 1?
