Hi & Welcome..The time frame differs from time to time..Many factors play here..How old you are, how healthy you are, how many years of drug us, how many mg in a day, and how many meds you come off of at once.
The physical could be over soon within a month but the mental is what takes time..These substances unbalance our Chems/Hormones in the Brain/Body so much that it takes time for it to balance back.
The best thing to do is drink LOTS of water..You can add things to the water like Electrolyte powders, Cs, Bs and so on to help. The anxiety and sleep hang on for a bit so you can start by taking some Calcium, Ds, Magnesium and Potassium at night. Also pick up some Melatonin. Melatonin is a hormone too that is produced to help sleep..This ALL helps calm the nerves. Get a really good vit/min too. You will want some Epsom salt to add to the bath water..Lots of baths and then if you ache you can get under a heating blanket. The vit/min will take time to kick in too and make sure you drink Protein drinks or get some powder..All of the Amino Acids help the Brain and these are like eating protein. If you stay away from caffeine, sugars and simple carbs this also will help because it is way healthier and helps the brain build new cells. BUT the BIGGEST thing will be TIME & PATIENCE!! The detox is the easy part (it is hard) but the work really begins when we are working on staying clean..I sure hope you can get into some kind of Aftercare. This Addiction goes deeper then we know so sharing things face to face is good, plus hearing others really helps you to grow as well. Keep feeding the spiritual said and you will grow with blessing to follow. I wish you the best..Stay away from any Mind-Altering drugs as you detox so you can heal better up stairs in the Brain.
Bless

Welcome. Sorry it's a little slow sometimes but be patient more people will come along to help. From what I have read it takes about a week for physical withdrawals. They will be like having the bad flew. I can't answer about when they are out of your system. Sorry I don't know. But this site is a great place for support. If your looking for help people may need to know what your taking and how much for how long. And if you are wanting to get clean. You can do it :) and it's worth it. Look at the Thomas recipe and drink lots of water. Epson salt baths are great for some relive.  Keep posting. Good luck.
