Addiction to pain meds and cocaine

Ok been on pain meds for over 15 years I am now on zomorph, oramorph, pregabiline, amitriptyline,propranolol sertraline + solpidol, tramidol also like a sniff of cocaine too much to be honest.
My pain is constaint never leaves me alone 24/7.
Would like not to be so dependant but cant see a way out effercts everything work marrage life
anybody got a soulution or help ?

I agree with the above..WOW!! What a cocktail. I would seek help asap. There is help out here for Addiction.

You need to talk to your doctor about coming off these meds.  Tapering down will need to be done.

hello and welcome. that is a lot of meds.
the longer that you are on pain meds and the stronger the meds. it makes your pain tolerance worse. it is called hyperalgesia. opiate induced pain.
your brain chemistry had changed and you have many more opiate receptors to fill.
are all of these meds prescribed?
obviously not the coke.
it is going to be a long, slow road to detox off.
have you spoken to your doctor about starting a taper?
why were you initially prescribed the pain meds?
