I am 32 days clean off Norco and I take something to help me sleep about every 3rd night. I think that's pretty good since I had a 2 year Ambien habit and quit that at the same time. I've been benzo free for 32 days too. I take Trazadone ( an anti-depressant ) and it helps me fall asleep when I get too wound up. I'd be really, really careful with the Clonazapam (Klonopin). It works a little better than Xanax bc it has a longer half-life, but all Benzos are addictive and if you think wd from opiates is bad....You don't want to go there!. Maybe after day 6 you could try doing without. Benzo's are a bad dog that will turn on you. But with care, they're a very useful drug.

Hi! Welcome to the forums.

I don't know anything abt. klonopin.  Perhaps others will post who do know.  Day 5 will come soon and you should start to feel some better!  Day 6 and you will know for sure that your going to be okay.  Congrats on your quit also!
Sleep, precious sleep, I know I will never take it for granted again!  I took hot showers and arthritis pain meds at bedtime.  also a heating pad,  the rls can be misery and with everything else going on too.  We all have had that.  Sleep will come.
Take care

Ella          I also had a 5 yrs lortab prescription so I can relate to your post!
