I usually take percocet (generic) and 3 oxycontin

per day, I am out of percocet, but am taking the oxycontin. I feel kind of sick. Arent they the same thing? Why would I be having withdrawels?  I take the meds for real pain, and ran out of the percocet, because I try not to take as much oxycontin, becuase it makes me tired and gives me a headache. Any ideas?

Yes I have, but even with them, I can not stand more than 5 minutes. I am unable to walk anymore without something to lean on, so I dont know. I have 3 herniated discs, spinal stenosis, arthritis rated severe and 2 bone spurs. I also have nerve impingement near 2 of the discs, one mild, one severe.

HI and welcome to the forum...your probably feeling the withdrawals because you have lowered your dose of oxycodone the active ingredient in both pills...you build up a tolerance to this stuff pritty fast and when you reduce dose your body/brain notices the difference...have you ever thought of getting off them???
