IS THIS NUTS!!!

My Gosh, I so much tension in my shoulders and neck. Anybody else had or have this problem coming off opiates.  IT is killer, what to do!!!! Do You go to doc and get muscle relaxers or JUST TAKE OFF RUNNING AND RUN YOUR UPPER TORSO THRU A WALL, i am too old for this, it makes a person want to CRY!!!  sorry for the rant, but please dear God in Heaven stop the pain.  OR if anybody on here has a solution, please tell me. God Bless everyone.  I have been strong, but this is debilitating.  Thanks For Any Help.

I would try a massage therapist and see how that goes.  If it still persists talk with your family doctor.  Keep us posted okay?      sara

KIM .....go treat yourself to a deep message if you look around you can get a hr for around 35 bucks it should help a bit......you may also get help from a doctor going on many of the antidepressants will help relax you it takes around 2 weeks for them to work but it may give you some releaf from this and the anxiety....stay away from the mussel relaxers that a whole nother can of worm your opening in time this stuff willl come to pass but it ruff going threw it I never thought I would get well coming off methadone it was 90 days just to Begin to feel well it was a good 6 mo b/4 I could say I was ok again and even at that I felt better at a yr clean this stuff can be tuff to kick just know once it over its so so worth it good luck and God bless.......Gnarly

Hey. Yes, I had neck and upper back for a while....it was from sitting/lying around too much. Only thing that has helped it was to move as much as possible and walk. A hot shower to get on the back of your neck will help also. Try washing your hair, that helps a lot also.
