suboxone

I was given Suboxone monday (nov.26 ) at 11am and next 3pm .We left the hospital about 5pm. We where home at about 7pm. my wife & I was possitive about this new drug and I was thinking This is it!  We where getting ready to go to bed early because it was a long day. At about 10 pm ,I started getting itchy throat,a little bit coughing. My upper lips & tongue  swelled up .In short I was having a allergic reaction. I was told that this is unusual, Is it? My new Dr. is doubtful.

What were you on and how much before you were given the suboxone?

Ive heard of ppl being allergic before u may need subutex bc it doesn't have naloxone in it like suboxone. Id ask ur dr about it. Good luck!
