Is skelaxin addictive?

Just makes me go to sleep and then feel like cr**p when I wake up. Hungover and groogy. I guess you could get addicted to it. But i dont see how.

My experience with Skelaxin...Like what was said before anything can be addicting but the likelyhood of someone saying 'wow this is cool" not gonna happen. The only side effect that would be wanted in it makes u sleepy, but no euphoria feeling or high feeling.  Now if he would combine it with other meds watch out for that. That is why it is a good idea to tell ur doctor about past drug addiction problems, I know that doesn't sound like a good idea but it can help u in the long run,,,,'Like I said just my experience'

that's too funny!!!!  I love it when we can at least laugh at ourselves!!    And no he doesnt just lucky me!!! But i after all this crap i dont want him to take a chance!!  Down the garbage disposal they went!!! thanks!

That is understandable. Like I said, they are not opiates and if he were to abuse them there may not be much in the way of withdrawal. That being said, I could abuse hemorrhoid creme if I had enough of it. Know what I mean? If he has addictive tendencies than any drug is a potential problem. You need to be alert as well having them in the house.

Skelaxin is a muscle relaxer as you know, right? While it is not classified as an opiate, anything is addictive. Baby aspirin are addictive. Are you being prescribed this medication? Are you abusing it?
