Its That Time! March 2015 Roll Call!!

Hello MedHelp family and friends...its that time again! ROOLLLL CAALLLL!!! (picture me yelling it out) Anyways, this is the place where we post our clean time or you just introduce yourself. It doesn't matter if your still in active addiction just looking for the courage to reach out or if you have been clean for decades....wed love to hear about it. Use this as a platform to encourage others, offer hope, or draw hope and encouragement from others. After all....recovery is a we thing.

We had 47 participants/posts last month which is more than the month before....lets see if we can get more this month.

Happy March, Everyone! I cannot wait for the warm weather, so sick of the snow and cold here on the East Coast!  Anyway, think I am at 2 weeks clean from an OxyCotin/Percocet addiction that spanned the past decade but had definitely progressed over the past 5 years. Congrats to everyone on their clean time, you are all so inspiring!  Welcome to all of the new folks, you have come to the most wonderful place for support and guidance.

979 days off street methadone, I was told in my first weeks, " It keeps getting better. I heard that from a man with 50 years clean time. I coukdnt wrap my mind around that I woukd keep improving for 50 years. I thought, "I'll be my old self again and that's as good as it could get. Nope, I was wrong again. It's been slow going, but my life is still getting better and better. I once was blind, but now I see, I will never be the old me, new and improved is what I be. Never stop growing ya'll!

Hey guys,,Kat here again. Starting over...again. But I won't quit until I get it right. I am so proud of all of you for all your awesome clean time. I know I will get there someday. And thank you all for your support and kindness.
The only constructive thing I need to say to people is please don't take Tramadols. They are a killer. But thankful to be alive to fight another day.
