Ok so yesterday was very trying for me.  Thanks for helping me get through it.  Even though it has been a few years since I was hooked, I do go through urges once in a while - mostly when I am depressed.  In my mind I think of how good it makes me feel, but also remember that it made me more depressed.  I guess everyone goes through this.  I would have thought I would never have the urge but I guess it can come and go and knowing where to get it.  Thanks for all of the support.

PAWS (Post Acute Withdrawal syndrome) is very real. It causes many to relapse. After care is very important.

That is so crazy - I never heard of PAW.  I am in that two year phase.  I never thought I would cause so much damage to myself and my mind.

I am so sorry you feel this way today.  It is all the taking about it.  I went home and jogged.  It is something that I turned to replace all that bad stuff.  My problem is getting depressed at times.  I need some good friends to hang with :-)  I live in a small town which is about 45min from DC.  Gizzy I feel your pain :-)

hello, im having a hell of a time here today. maybe talking about coke so much yesterday got to me, but today im having my first really hard time in a few weeks. im proud of you for not using and getting through the day. i guess i need to listen to my own advice and be strong too. man i hate this feeling
