49 days for me today. rough road and the cravings still have me from time to time but i am not the basket case i once was. so many here that have helped me but if i may-  special thank you to:

49 days ago through my misery these folks were there for me. funny - i see the "newbies" posting thier anguish here and these are the folks i see jumping in and helping. Laurel too - you are all the most selfless and wonderful people. All of you - i dont mean to leave anyone out its just that these folks made a real impression and impact in my recovery so they stand out in my mind - thank you all.  49 days .......wow!

Hey girl so good to hear your doing well....Ive been so darn busy here lately with all four grandbabies running around it is super crazy. I celebrated my year last wednesday it was awesome I have the greatest family...you and sad are doing so awesome and I am so happy I was here for you both to help get you through this, I cant beleive its been almost two mths for you already see how time flies and look I told you that you could do it and you did...just keep the positive attitude going and keep busy, hope you had a good time with your guy and keep enjoying life.....keep on smiling laughing whatever it takes...Love you...shine

When the cravings hit I so think about that 2,3,4,5....day when we were beyond miserable you know miserable is not the right word, I don't even think there is a word for it...anyway I know I don't ever want to be there again!!!!  You sound great...I hope you have a great time out with your guy and hope to talk with you again soon!!

Way to go!!!  You are knocking those days OUT aren't you?  I'm so proud of you.  When you have a bad craving, try to get a mental picture of how bad those WDs were and a visual of yourself sitting on the toilet for a few days straight!  Now.....does that pill seem worth it??? : ) LOL

What do you normally do when a craving hits?

Sometimes,just the act of swallowing a vitamin helps!  So,get a big glass of water and take a vitamin and distract yourself !!!  

Keep posting while the craving is strong,okay?

Way to go on those 49 days, that is great:) Cravings are normal for us from time to time and it's a battle sometimes, but as you know, it's worth this fight. Keep doing what your doing, you have come so far, congrats!
