I have been getting a quickee amino course from sterling, anyway I had been taking the aminos in a multi form/amino fuel/and not concentrating on the ones i needed...i had been taking the tyrosine...i went and got the 5htp, glutamine,methionine, phenylalanine and theanine...i took the methionine and the theanine last night around 6 for the first time...i was worried as i knew some keep u awake...i was so sleepy i was in bed by 9...sterling said it was the theanine that made me so sleepy...i took 200 mg...just thought it may help those with sleep problems...it also made me feel very relaxed...i will not take it tonight until closer to bedtime
