Methadone with Klodapin

I have been taking Klodapin 10mg 4X's a day for 3 years along wth 10mg of Methadone 4x's a day for 3 years.  My Doctor moved away and the new Doctor I am seeing says he will not prescribe the two together.
I do have chronic pain and I also have panic attacks without the Klodapin so my questions is what medicine would be safe for me to take with my Methadone that will control my panic attacks?

10 mg of klonapin 4x a day.......wow never heard of one takin that much, are you sure about the dosage.....thats 40 mg a day...thats alot. you can not go c/t from that, i dont think. more will come and correct me if i am wrong
